One Main was very courteous, helpful and professional when we needed a little help to cover some unforeseen, short-term expenses. The team at the Tustin office went above and beyond to help us through that difficult time. I would recommend One-main to all my friends and family.

My loan Originated in Texas and I had no issues EVER, then I refinanced through the Tustin branch and It’s been a Nightmare ever since. I asked for my payment info to remain the same, The lady never initiated my Autopay even though having my banking info and changed my payment dates! After discovering this and calling in after a larger then expected payment came out, she blamed me! And as of today SHE STILL HASN'T FIXED IT! Another payment for the wrong amount just posted. Poor customer service, poor follow through, poor relationship building. I don’t expect much from a place that offers predatory loans, especially when I have few other options, however I expect people to do their jobs properly the first time when you’re dealing with peoples money.
