Check Into Cash, Twentynine Palms, CA

Me and my grandma have a difficult time with western union. NOT because of check into cash but because of western union itself. Now, that being said, the check into cash in 29 palms has the best people I have ever had the privilege to deal with. Names are shay and Sonja. By far the most patient and respectful workers. My grandma can definitely be a handful and stuck in her ways and can be rude on the phone sometimes. Or can be very hard to explain things to. Shay was extremely calm, cool, and collect, and respectful. She remained calm the entire conversation with my grandma. Both her and Sonja were very sweet and very professional while I was in there. I had to be in that store lie 3 different times and each time neither of them lost their professionalism or they courtesy. By far my fave store to go too!!!!

Shay is the best! She will try her best to help, and she went above and beyond for me. This is what customer service is all about, wish other businesses were like this. Thanks again Shay!

I wanted to take a moment to submit a positive comment on Shay. I was having difficulty getting my refund from Western Union. By the time I got to Check Into Cash at Twenty-Nine Palms, I was frustrated and at my wits end. Shay saw my frustration and quickly took matters in her hand. Once I provided the 10-digit code from Western Union to get my refund, I got my refund within a few minutes. I just wanted to inform upper management that Shay has OUTSTANDING customer service! Her friendliness and professionalism was refreshing to see especially in these days and times. Please extend my gratitude to Shay.
