This branch is great, however Navy Federal won't approve a mortgage application for a 750 credit score. Don't know how high it needs to be but if you are a vet and need a mortgage go to veterans united. They will take better care of you.

Went in for a soft credit check, inquiring about potential loan options for refinancing existing debt. Customer service representative ran a hard credit check for an additional loan, which hurt my credit score and was not what I was looking for. Service was not just bad, it was actively harmful.

This bank has dropped their customer service quality severely and their deposit times are getting longer. You better cash your check then deposit it if you want your money.
