The local branch is really good. Some of the main office functions leave a bit to be desired. Their HELOC loans have some really silly rules. But for a day to day bank it is great. The staff is attentive and friendly and the rates are in line with market.

Free checking accounts that are actually free. Nice and knowledgeable staff that are very helpful. It's usually not to busy there so it easy to get in and out fast.
