The manager here is very manipulative, she wanted to add life/disability insurance to my loan after I told her MULTIPLE TIMES that I didn’t want it. She keeps trying to pressure me into getting it. I keep refusing. By this time I’m feeling veRy irritated and she was making the whole situation SUPER AWKWARD. I keep refusing. Then she tells me why she has the insurance and how she had gotten cancer and she was going to die and stuff. Telling me I never know when I’m going to need it. I told her Im already insured through my employer! She keeps pressuring me. I kid you not we were at her desk for 45mins going back and forth. What kind of business is this! I felt sooo uncomfortable! ONE MAIN FINANCIAL is not the place you want to do business at. I promise you! I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS MUCH CONTEXT TO A REVIEW IF IT WASNT TRUE!! This is the worst place ever!! Do not do your business here!

Great experience!! Marisol was most encouraging and understanding of my plight and she was most expeditious in getting us a loan. She really helped reduce my stress levels significantly. I will certainly do business with this One Main office here in Vallejo.

Worst experience ever! First they said I was approved for a loan,made me put up my car as collateral. DROVE there and was told to come back another day. Then denied me! Don't use these people!
