I walked in to receive a money transfer. I was greeted by a young, vibrant, woman with an amazing personality! She is very friendly, professional, and felt so welcomed! She finished my transactions with an added money order with swiftness. I’ll be back for sure with this wonderful experience and definitely recommend this place to my friends. Free Marketing, right?! I went to cash a small business check made out to "cash", the check was printed and had all the contact information of the business. The lady who helped me was very short and rude with me, zero customer service. Instead of calling the company to verify my information (that indeed it was intended for me, the name on the ID) she tried to call her manager, who didn't answer, on a late Friday afternoon. I took this same check straight to another check cashing place (Western Union) and they were super friendly, and straight away called the business on the check, with no issue or no need to 'call a manager'. The staff member here at around 4pm on a Friday was so rude to me even if she did cash the check I wouldn't go back.

Great location right off the freeway at the Main offramp. No men working that I have ever seen. The tellers are very polite and smart and quick. In and out wich I grateful for. Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience trying to cash a check specially when I had no gas

I've used their services several times a year for more than a few years and staff has always been helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this branch.
