California Check Cashing Stores, Victorville, CA

I had a cashiers check that can only verify once and the lady verified it without approval first and then told me it's over there limit. So I have to get a new check issued to me which can take up to 8 weeks. They have horrible customer service and don't know what they are doing. Now I'm waiting for my new check. Smh

Would give zero stars if possible. Recently they almost entirely changed out the staff and the new people are slow, rude and use any excuse to deny serving people instead of taking alternate proofs. Walking in the door now feels like stepping into the DMV instead of a service based loan office. I hate it. Update: things have gotten a lot better since my original review. The process is much faster and the current staff have gotten a lot better, and the system seems to be better too.

Absolutely awful customer service. They treat you like an animal here. Dont let these monsters profit off your hard earned money when they treat you like scum.

Will never go back to this place made me feel like I was committing fraud while trying to cash a work related check (401k)during this covid-19 situation .....felt racially profiled with the multiple questions that were being asked about my check they want 5 references and 140$ to cash it and expects you to sit and wait for them to call all 5 references I have never in my life heard of anything like this just because you have never saw a check sent thru 401k does not make it fake ....never again will step foot in a place that makes you feel like your hard earned money is fraudulent took my check to Walmart and cashed with no problem for 3$ Thanks to Walmart

I received a Western Union payment for $1500, and tried the usual spots to get my money. Supermarkets and drugs stores will only pay $300. I found California Check Cashing Store on the WU website, called Arianna and explained my situation. She told me to come to the location. I did, and within a half hour, I had my money, and she earned a customer. Great service, and they got me out of a difficult situation, professionally and politely. Thanks again!

Everyone there was absolutely amazing. I can’t exactly remember the girls name that helped me but she was very helpful and wonderful. ( I think her name might be desaray)

Always handle my pay day loans here. The manager Crystal is very knowledgeable about all the loans. Answer all my questions. Definitely recommend. Friendly staff and they take care of you quickly and efficiently.
