I just want to tell everybody that my experience with one name financial has been ultimately a pleasurable experience. Maria from the Adelanto office took care of all my needs let me know ahead of time what documents I would need so that there was no holdup everything was done very professionally.

Reps are courteous , professional and knowledgeable. I applied for a loan and Maria was amazing throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy to understand, and answered any questions I had. She and other staff made me feel welcomed and understood. Overall a great experience and look forward on working with them again.

I just got processed for a loan, and between the hard inquiry and the account opening my credit score has dropped almost 60 points. This was a partner connected to credit karma which until this time I was happy with. Right now I am definitely regretting this decision, as I realize its gonna cost me more than its worth.
