I had been taking in family jewelry several times for loans to the shop they had in Apple Valley. I was so sad to see it close and had to go to this Victorville location. I walk around my block for exercise and found a gold ring one time. I had taken it in to check if it was real(it had 10k on the inside part of the ring) and the worker was very rude to me and refused to even look at it. I got so embarrassed and hurt. I haven't been back here since. I know they get a lot of people trying to swindle them but he could have atleast checked it for me and then made his decision about the kind of person I am. By the way, the ring was real.

Just called and Got this female and she was absolutely rude and short like I was bothering her... Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER Service from her!!! Normally their are 2 men their , I believe that it is a Father and son... They are absolutely Great with Customers... So I don't understand why they would hire a Extremely Rude associate!!!

I went to purchase a necklace for my girlfriend. The sticker price said $399 They weighed out the necklace and told me that it was $1100 that’s false advertisement to the fullest.
