I went in to acquire about a loan. The lady was very polite and kind. She was able to get me loan I needed. I would recommend going to see them. They have excellent customer service.

I was waiting in line to cash my check and so I sat down as I was waiting someone walked in and so as i was still waiting to be helped instead of the lady assisting me since i WAS next she decides to help the lady that walked in after me. She didn’t even tell the lady I was next she just helped the lady instead of me and I was waiting for a good 15 min to. That’s so unprofessional what both lady’s did

Waited for like 30 minutes bad Customer service lady let someone cut in front of us and continued helping her while we were obviously waiting beforehand bad cashing spot everyone go anywhere else

This location is not run very well. Currently standing in line for the past 40 minutes and the manager is sitting behind a desk just looking at the line. Very unprofessional. This location is a waste of time.

It was my first time going. I had to cash a payroll check and it was a bank of america check so i thought id go to BofA. bank of america couldnt cash it for me, they gave me all kinds of ridiculous excuses. So i came in to check cashing. I was greeted by 3 ladies sitting behind the glassed counter, and was attended by Samantha. giving 5 stars because they gave me no hassle unlike BofA. Signing up with them was under 10 minutes and one i was in their system they cashed my check for a reasonable fee. great customer service too Samantha was friendly and was a great hekp overall!
