I have been a repeat customer at this store for a long time. Recently a sweet young woman named Sharon helped me when i needed it the most. I couldn’t be more thankful to know this company and the manager is so caring understanding and helpful not o mention patient with elder men as myself! 5 stars and even more if i could! Didn’t want to work with us very much the supervisor was not wanting to help us because of a mistake made with verification. It was not our fault and the mistake was rectified but the supervisor still wouldn’t cash the check and it was a legit deal.

The new young man that works there is very rude and takes him about 30 minutes to get each customer out. So you’ll be waiting a while if there’s a couple people in front of you. The other payday loan places in the area are much friendlier so only go here if you have no other choice.

I absolutely love the customer service! The manager Brodie is always smiling and he is the sweetest person! Tracie is awesome! Brodie and tracie are like family we always have great conversations!

Great customer service the manager sharon was very polite. Answered all my questions and they helped me with a loan. The other girls are great as well all very respectful. They all great u when we come in i will forsure be back. Thank you cash 1

The wait to be helpedvis Incredibly long. Only 2 girls and 1 is ALWAYS on the phone . Extremely inconvenient. Not helpful

staff is very lovely and I like how their staff is bilingual as well but mostly Itzel❤️ from cash 1 Ste L8, she is very professional and understand our privacy and answers our question and concerns If y’all need a loan that’s your place and ask for Itzel 😊
