Reps are always available through phone and the young lady who helped me was amazing, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable while at the store therefore HUGE shout out to Destiny from Vallarta at the Visalia location for her GREAT customer service thank you

The whole company needs to send their employees back to school their customer services suck all the way around. How the hell they gonna ask me for all my info name date of birth and then transfer me to a whole new person with no idea why I'm calling. Before you transfer the phone call you debrief the info to the next person. These people could care less about their job and I have no problem being rude. Go back to school and get real training.

I love this place, it help my credit alot and they have one of the best customer services very helpful. I read the other review all i have to say is if you don't have good credit of course your not going to get it dummy!!

Ok only if you really need the money. They do a credit check even though they say they don't. If you qualify for a loan and pay it off they still do a credit check if you try for a second loan. Your good history with them doesn't mean a thing. This loan does not help your credit. Even if a day late they will call you everyday until you pay even if you've paid on time in the past. The loan is paid every two weeks. They do not report to credit bureau so it will not help your credit score.

Cynthia was an amazing help this was my first visit and I was definitely nervous and was very inexperienced in the loan process but she was very patient and helped me every step.of the way I highly recommend this store
