Tucoemas on Akers has definitely stepped it up and provided exceptional customer service. I am definitely returning for all my banking needs. ❤️ Thank you.

The staff is great I bank with a different company at the moment but after being helped by Priscilla I will definitely be considering moving to this branch she was super helpful in answering all my questions with a loan explained everything so well and thoroughly all locations definitely need a worker like her. Five stars for the great customer service given by priscila.

I have banked with tucoemas since I relocated here and unfortunately the money spent on renovations triggered a unfortunate and unrealistic self personalserving attitude . Perhaps it's my belief that honored long term customers would benefit the company , peehaps, they have a new model that works for the moment and time will tell if long term loyalty is really needed when times get harder . Im in the process of moving to a local bank with the same amount of services and benefits.

We've been members with Tucoemas for over 30 years now. We've never been disappointed with anyone from all of the branches, however, I recently went to the Akers location and had a special circumstance that needed attention, it was actually on my birthday, well Emily impressed me so much! Her professionalism was exceptional and she was so understanding and friendly. She went above and beyond for me. She even made sure to give me a Starbucks gift card for my birthday! She made me feel like I was valued and cared about. Thank you Emily❤️🙏

Great local credit union with fantastic customer service. Emily is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient tellers. My entire immediate and extended family go to Emily for all our banking needs, and she is beyond patient, takes the time to explain everything, and we always leave incredibly satisfied with her service!!
