Check Into Cash, Vista, CA

They spoke to me in such a manner that made me feel so uncomfortable I decide to take my check elsewhere. The Vieja with the glasses was very rude.

Rating is 0 stars because of how super rude the girl at counter was to my husband. He asked what the rate to cash our check was and she responded "its on the board" without even looking at him...she was disrespectful and looked down her nose at us when he asked again..took my check elsewhere.

1st time customer didn't know what to expect. The store's appearance was clean and the staff was welcoming. Store manager explained process with detail making the transaction smooth and easy. It never feels good to borrow money, but she supported my action and assured that confidentiality is her priority.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting two of their locations, first in Oceanside and then the one in Vista. I needed to cash two checks and my experience was great. Both of the ladies that assisted me were super helpful and friendly! I'll definitely be back for all of my check cashing needs. Top notch customer service!
