Omg :) My loan process was amazing and when I mean amazing I swear it was amazing!!! the service from Fernando Vicente was the most understanding, professional loan i got .. and I was nervous because it was a BIG decision I was making and had to make sure I had the right person, loan agent! He was very good at making sure I understood the whole process was very good at answering all my calls and all my questions even if I asked the same question several times (lol) he made sure and that alone gave me a good Sense of peace that I was making the right decisions and had the right person handling my loan :) Thank Fernando for your kindness and professionalism and for making this whole process so easy for me!
