Horrible management all I needed was $100 loan and because of my bank account being overdrawn a few bucks "and after going through every single transaction in my statement she was going through my bank app for a good 3-5 min she even took it upon herself to email my statement) she didn't want to allow me to apply for the loan so much so that she lied and said in 2019 I have an unpaid loan she was lying because I called that loan place( which is the only other agency I go to ) on speaker asked about that and they confirmed it was not true then i said really it's only $100 loan she says "well I don't care I wouldn't even give you a $50 loan" so I ask her to input my info and let the system decide whether to approve or not she then calls her supervisor tells him everything except that I was on the phone confirming her lie hangs up and tells me that her supervisor told her not to process my loan she says it was because of my attitude which didn't even start until that point ridiculous consider my advice do not waste your time here I really hope higher ups read this comment view the cameras this was between 12:15 and 12:30 9/29/22

Very friendly nice people. I don’t get all the bad reviews. I mean if you’re not gonna pay back of course they will take the money out of your account

My experience with La Cash Advance has been super if I could I would give them 10 stars, I would they have worked beyond there needs to help you. I went on line read the comments that was given, it is not true at all. I drive from Pomona to West Covina, that how much I am Satisfy with there service.

Debbie, Destiny, Clarissaaare very kind helpful and honest.. they have all have great personality.. I looked everywhere to get a loan and I was turned down.. LA cash was the most understanding and so helpful that they literally saved my life in the time of need ... I give them 5 stars for the love of one that needed.

I have been going LA CASH for many years and their service is amazing, Ms. Debbie is a sweet heart and is always willing to work with you if you have a financial situation, her assistant Destiny is pretty amazing too.

Destiny and Debbie were very helpful and sweet we are from out of town and they were more then willing to help us in our time of need will definitely be returning
