Waste of time. Was told I could get approved for a $3,000 loan. EVEN A $10,000 loan if I needed. Was dragged to Westminster, wasted 30 minutes sitting in a room, to be told it could actually NOT be approved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Edit: Truly fascinating of you to believe that the problem was getting denied for the loan. And not because of the way you conducted the process. Approve the person for the loan, and then ask them to drive down.

I originally left a 1 star review due to the a super unprofessional rep at the call center, I did get a call from corporate almost immediately so I am happy with the response and action they took.

Highly recommend! My experience with one main financial was so smooth and easy , they are straight forward and won’t give you the run around. I applied for a certain amount and ended up getting a little less, which was ok (still doable) and when I came in to finalize everything they were very nice, friendly, and informative. Answered all of my questions and I even received my loan that very same day! Thank you One Main financial!

Local branch rep is very rude , demanding 'courtesy' to her, while completely ignoring repeated requests from borrower for understanding of a temporary severe financial/employment situation. This rep was determined to gain a specific date to her satisfaction after introducing negative credit reporting action by One Main Financial was not effective in having borrower acquiescing to HER specific payment plan amount and date.

Mr. I Martinez was Very Professional and Courteous while Providing me the extra relief and service I Requested. He quickly explained the terms and payment for my credit card payment and the amount that I would receive for my additional needs, I am already seeing the benefits of using OneMain Financial And hope that I can count on you for the Start Up Funding I Need To move my Licensed Company into the second stages of success.
