If I could give them 6 stars I would! Lori and her team are completely professional while making the experience of buying a home personal! We bought our first home through them and will continue through the years! Katharine and Yacira were so personable and took the guess work out of buying a home. They made every step of the way extremely clear and clarified any of our questions (which we had many). They have their client’s best interests at heart and their customer service is unparalleled. We received a fun “first home” gift box in the mail and it truly made us feel supported through the whole process. Our real estate agent was not from the area but she swore after working with Lori’s team that she was going to recommend her clients over there as they were a DREAM to work with!
