The customer service representative hung up on me! If you can't get a manager on the phone to answer my questions you decide hanging up on a paying customer is the right course of action? No way. Train your staff better.

Heard how easy it is to apply, went in and got approved. Did not have any credit at the time and now I do, thanks to Oportun for approving me. The service is easy and fast, especially with the automatic payments. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to start building their credit or anyone who needs money ASAP

Oportun is the first institution that I have gone through for a loan.  I came into the business around 5PM ( it was busy) and I was given an agent named Dayana Morando .  Dayana made the experience very relaxed and never once applied pressure. I feel more than comfortable with this office's team at the helm. My payments are reasonable and the amount I was approved for was just what my family needed. I will continue to do business with them in the future and highly recommend this office to anyone in the Yuba - Sutter area!
