Diane was amazing to work with. Nothing but a positive can do attitude that was really assuring during the longer than expected time to close at no fault of Diane but just bad timing on my part and a difficult employer. I don't know what I would have done without with diligent hard work and guidance. Very responsive and communicative. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

She's local and knows the area and people. I recommend her to anyone who needs a loan that can't get one through a traditional bank loan process. She's worth your time to call plus she's just a lovely person to speak with on top of her great work ethics!

Patti and Alex are both very nice and knowledgeable people. The loan lady does a lot to better the community and the whole moringo basin. Integrity and great values can be found here.
