Alamosa State Bank, Alamosa, CO

The rudest tellers I have ever encountered. Do they know how to smile or be helpful? I would give a big fat ZERO for this bank.

So I've been living in the Valley for twenty seven years I know the ASB staff for so long I grew my business thanks to Them Thanks Guys for giving me credit of trust 27 years ago Friendly professional service

If I could give 0 stars I would. This bank let someone cash a check under my name for over 1000$ back in like December or January and I reported it to them and they didn’t care they didn’t believe me I even did a police report because the bank wouldn’t help me never got a call back.

Alamosa State Bank is always very busy. I have multiple accounts here, both personal and business accounts. I always get the very best service and service with a smile. They know me by first name and I feel like I actually matter. They know my time is valuable and always do their best to treat me with efficiency and effectiveness.

New to town here, but had always heard great things about this bank. I went in to look and see if this is where I wanted to go, but overheard a couple of the tellers talking about how much they hate gay people and things against kids with autism. I just have a hard time giving my business to a place that is ok with the people who are the face of the company talking so openly about being so hateful. I will not be back.

Can't access my money how I'd like to, debit card took 2 weeks to arrive and now I have to wait who knows how long for the pin to come as well. Can't use PayPal, or cashapp. Will be closing my account very soon.
