My Isuzu Rodeo died on died on the way to Colorado Springs while taking my daughter to the airport. Due to the financial situation at the time, I didn't have lots of extra money to put down, but had been a Mountain River Credit Union customer for awhile, so i called Derek, my banker & within a hour and a half, he had hooked me up - over the phone while in Springs - with a car loan & i literally signed the papers & drove away that evening in my 2010 Imapla. that was 3 years ago & they have been the best banking experience I've ever had, I still bank with them today & enjoy their friendliness & willingness to help.
Oh Yeah - Derek (& probably the rest of the staff) pushed all this through for us, at the end of the day, making sure we had the car & a way home back to the Valley. :) Best. Bank. Ever!!!

I had called and scheduled an appointment to apply for a loan for the time 2 o'clock after 45 minutes of waiting in front of the window of the branch manager(who i scheduled the appt with) finally ten till 3 I got up to leave and then they tried to attend to me. By that time I had enough and took my business to Credit union of Colorado and got my loan in two hours. Better work harder to be Alamosa's best

I was working with the CEO of the credit union to secure a loan he said he talked to the board and everything was approved. All of a sudden he left for another job and left us in limbo because the credit union didn't know anything about the loan. I almost went into bankruptcy because of their shady CEO. It took over 6 months to get the loan and they still didnt get me everything I needed.
