OneMain Financial made it easy to do business. Their team was very communicative with me and I had my personal loan quickly. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Was lied to. About a plan that they sold. Went back to talk to someone about the issue. The lady was trying to tell me about the issue I had, and did nothing but double talk. Not even she knew what she was trying to say. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LENDER! These women are all POORLY TRAINED!

Went for a title loan and she said they may not even need my title?? Say what! I thought the purpose of a title loan is to give me a loan on my car and if I can’t pay it back they keep my car! I’ve dealt with title max with no issues like this! Do not recommend

The staff member I worked with was pleasant & professional. She answered all my questions without hesitation. She made changing my account from another state a breeze.

Stacy was great to work with. She got me taken care of and made everything super simple and the transaction went through like a breeze.

Julia is excellent.. wont deal with anyone but her.. had problems with other staff.. Always accomodating and help as she can.
