Community Banks is best bank you can find. They have an excellent customer service. Friendly employees that always care about you. They always try to help you with anything they can. I don't usually have much good to say about banks but yesterday I went down to the Community Banks Of Colorado - Aspen branch with a problem relating to incorrect mortgage loan information associated with my homeowners insurance. I spoke with the branch manager - Sara Dobbins, explained the situation and was impressed with how she took ownership to resolve the problem. She made several calls to the bank's head office loan department and then invited me into her office where we jointly initiated a call to the insurance company. Problem resolved. Sara exceeded my customer service expectations. Interestingly, she rolled up her sleeves to fix my problem even though it was evident that it was an insurance company problem, not a problem with her branch. If you are in Aspen looking for a bank with great customer service and proactive hands-on branch management you now know where to go.

Worst local service. They bank teller could not help an Aspen local with a roll of quarters without a bank account. Insane!!!. Went across the street to AND Bank on Main St and they were very friendly and left minutes later with a roll of quarters. Don't bank with this awful businesses! Find a new bank immediately if vou are a customer of Communtiy Banks of Colorado! You deserve better with your banking needs!!
