This is really sad that the young lady that worked 9.2.22 @4:38 on colfax and Havana ..how she treats her elderly customers I understand that it may be busy during the first of the month but there is no excuse walk way take a break but honestly ace customer service is getting really bad and the phone Etiquette is horrible every month out of 143 residents there always a problem with them paying rent at this ace but when I send them to another one there is no problem and a lot of these people walk because it’s close to them

I never have a bad experience here cashing checks. The cashier is always very easy to work with and she makes the process simple and easy for me. I put my money on a Porte card and I am 100% pleased with that service too! 100% recommend.
