Patsy is awesome! After an infuriating experience at the Peoria/Parker location I decided I would try Havana/Mississippi and find a different bank if it didn’t work out. Even though Patsy’s system was giving her trouble, she performed her job admirably and got me what I needed in a timely manner. Her actions kept me at Ace, where I have been for 20 years, when the other location almost made me leave forever. Bravo!

Everytime I go in, which is about once a week, I cash my payroll check. The Manager is absolutely the best in her business. She has always been able to address any and all issues I may have, she is always willing to help, has a smile, and does not get upset when customers become rude and annoying. I am a big time fan of Ace but this store in particular has confirmed in my mind that I made the right choice in leaving Huntington Bank when I got screwed over by them.

Uriah is very kind. She is so sweet and she answers questions with a smile and very informative. I am glad to be greeted with compliments it definitely goes along way. It’s free to be kind and that is Uriah. She is amazing!!!!
