Taylor was very helpful with us! Having issues on getting new card & they locked old card. New card came in mail with no funds on it. She took her time in helping us.

Regina from ace on Peoria an delmar is always very professional and sweet she helps me every time and when she's there she makes sure everything is disinfected I have never had a bad interaction with her If you're having a bad day I bet she could have you smiling once you leave

Dallas was very fast and friendly with the services she provided she always didn't forget to ask me if I needed any adding services in which I did need to load a card and if I wanted to donate to the breast cancer fund . Overall great customer service

My experience at this place has been pretty good thus far. There has been a couple of times out of the past several years it may have been frustrating but, all went well. There is a beautiful young lady lady, I believe her name is Gina, that has been awesome with her customers, very nice and professional. Keep up the good work Gina! John

Regina is Excellent!!!!! Since my 1st post about a month ago, I've been back about 3 times and have conducted business numerous times over the last 3 years. I just wanted to say that Regina is one of the most professional people I've ever met. What I appreciate most about Regina is if you're in line she always let's me know that she'll "be right with me". Regina has many attributes but I'm convinced that her best is showing full and undivided attention to ensure that all my needs are taking care of in a timely manner --- all while engaging in friendly conversation.
