My experience was frustrating. The staff was very friendly, but their mistakes with loan terms and the impact on personal credit scores due to credit checks and oversight overshadowed the overall experience. My initial loan was good, but a few months later, I was offered to refinance, only to end up with a higher APR and a higher monthly payment. To make matters worse, I received very little extra cash back despite being assured that nothing would change. The small amount of cash back I did receive was charged in full as part of the interest for the first prorated payment on the new loan. In the end, it was essentially a wash, and I ended up paying more overall. I regret ever doing it.
