Why would you now close the drive thru at 5pm instead of 5:30pm? Such a great option for people that work everyday until 5pm then need to deposit their checks or have other banking needs. Very inconvenient and ridiculous! This bank has been AWFUL since switching hands. You'd be much better off using any other financial institution than this one. Save yourself the time and trouble!

Card got blocked, i told them it was a purchase i had made, they told me they cleared it but when i tried to use my card an hour later it was declined. I wasnt able to use my card or access my money for 3 days before i could call because they closed the next day and they had to connect me to a supervisor to finally get it unblocked. I miss guaranty bank, they had the best customer service never had any issues untill this company took over. Planning to switch to a different bank ASAP

I’m not even a customer here, I just have to say how impressed I am. I really don’t like that when I walk into a bank will a jar full of coins, that I have to be a customer there. Guaranty didn’t do that to me at all. The second I walked in they had a smile on their face, and they didn’t mind helping me at all

I was in line at the drive thru at 10 till noon on a Saturday. When I finally got to the window at 10 after 12 they said they had closed at noon and there was nothing they could do, bad service.

Poor service. Horrible lack of integrity. Guaranty bank was decent. Independent is just horrendous.

With the 7 years that we've been banking with them as long as we've lived out here these ladies are always friendly and knowledgeable. We walk in the door and they know what we need to do. They've become like family and I wouldn't have it any other way. They take care of us every time we're in there then we chat as well they know how to do their job quickly and safely and ask if there's anything else we need to get done before we walk out the door I would recommend this bank to anyone on the corridor that I know

Absolutely wonder staff, aways a pleasure to visit in the drive thru if walking into the branch!

A great local bank, I've never had an issue with them.
