This company did a great job. My house had been in foreclosure and Fay Servicing would not work with me or talk to me and were trying to set an auction. The people at CI Group helped me file complaints against the bank and got them to agree to negotiate. I had been stuck for a long time with Fay and these guys helped me with the financial information for the bank and this time Fay gave me a modified loan so that I could save my house. This was a stressful time but I could always talk to someone there and they got me through this in about 3 months. 5 stars

Five stars--they saved my house! I was behind on mortgage payments with Gregory Funding and they were hard to work with. I hired an Attorney firm to help but ended up they could not do anything and burned me. I was coming up on auction date and found Homeowner Foreclosure Help online. They were great and helped me stop the sale and then pressured Gregory to work with me and finally give me an affordable modification to save my house. I have lived in my house for 30 years and was so worried but now I can breathe easy thanks to these guys. Five stars they are great!

Homeowner Foreclosure Help was able to stop my foreclosure sale and force the mortgage company Shellpoint to work with me and give me a deferment of past payments and a new loan modification. My daughter and I tried to negotiate with Shellpoint for almost a year after we missed payments due to Covid and then after that identity thief hacked personal bank account and the payments we made were reversed out due to insufficient funds. It was a total mess and we had a court date and it was very stressful. Dennis and Dean and the team at Homeowner Foreclosure Help knew what buttons to push and within 3 weeks of taking on our case and filing complaints Shellpoint was singing a different tune and willing to open up a new review. This is after they had set a court date! A couple of weeks later we were able to get approved for a great plan that wiped out the past due payments until the end of the loan and gave us an affordable payment.
