Melissa was beyond helpful! However the two girls working the front desk, im not sure of their titles, were very judgey and made me feel dumb. Whispering back and forth. Other than them, good experience!

Worst service. Will never open an account here. Called with a question about a savings bond written out and refused to even allow me to speak to someone about them. Said they can’t deal with the bonds or answer questions. What kind of financial institute can’t have knowledge about basic investments? Not one I’d trust with my money.

It’s so inconvenient that this bank is closed on Saturday! Then you try the ATM and it’s out of service!! I had to drive all the way to Fort Lupton. It’s ridiculous! They are open on Saturday until noon I don’t know why this one can’t do the same!
