There is ALWAYS a new update whether it's online, the app, or phone lines. In order to get past these new updates, you have to speak to someone, but no one ever answers the phones. If someone does, you have to answer 20 questions to access your account.

Great staff, very helpful! I do wish their website was more user friendly and updated, especially for mobile use. It's a great bank anyway!
