I have all checking saving and Christmas saving and a vehicle loan. No problem paying loan off. They are very friendly in Canon I appreciate them

A wonderful place to go business, I'm always treated with respect and the communication is outstanding with the awesome staff!! Everyone is kind and outgoing when we're there and maintain a professional attitude.

Trying to pay off loans or do anything through this company is a huge hassle amd very unprofessional looking. I got a loam for a truck havent recieved any info on how to pay the loan so ive called around and been told i have to manually pay through a website while manually adding the loan. It doesn even show the total amount load so for all i know im just randomly sending money . It doesn have any way to confirm if its for the actual loan or not. Super sketchy

Locked my card unexpectedly on Sunday when they were closed and the Monday after that was Colombis day so they were closed couldnt unlock it, changing banks ASAP

If you make the mistake to bank with Power credit union, Beware! They cashed a check that didn't have all the signatures, gave us the check back to mail to our Mortgage company. Turns out, they shouldn't have done either of those things, but then hold us responsible! The manager at the Canon City branch is unprofessional. She was complaining about my husband, to me. Not okay! I spoke with her manager and as it turns out, she was wrong. The main manager of all the branches said everything was their fault and they would deal with it, not us. Little too late in my opinion. We have taken our business elsewhere and suggest everyone do the same. We have banked there for over 10 years and this happened to us.

I want to give a shout out to Dalton, at the Canon City Branch! Every time I come in, he assists me promptly and professionally! This guy deserves a raise! Carrie Anderson has also been a huge help in assisting me with some late payments!! She has been super helpful and understanding of my situation!!

I love PCU! I have always loved working with Lyssa Pacheco and am very happy to see that she has been promoted office manager! She is great! very professional!

Very poor service. My account was charged for a unauthorized transaction and was told I would get a refund. instead my account was closed and never received a refund. Tried to call no answer. Got through one time and was hung up on. Good luck if you dare to use this finicial institution and watch your account close.
