I just got a car loan with Canvas. I tried to set up automatic payments. I have signed e documents twice. They can't get this right. I just got charged $375 for insurance. I sent my documentation three times to this company with no response. Im scared that their incompetent is going to cost me.

When I try calling their phone, I get placed hold, and when it rings their customer support system for a real person, the phone hangs up and I have to call back to be on hold again. Also, their call back system doesn’t work either.
I wished they had better technology systems as well.

They will only allow me to close my savings account in person. I don't live nearby anymore. Now they are charging me an inactivity fee. Month by month eating away at my account. I've asked they close my account over the phone and mail me a check but they refuse. I don't recommend using this place. Difficult to work with.

Loss and mitigation department I talked to was very rude. First person took my social and transfered me before verifying or asking why they transfered me to loss and mitigation. Then talked to a sweet lady who told me she couldn't process my payment and transfered me back to loss and mitigation. The person I then talked to was rude and hung up before I was done talking to her. I wish leaving a 0 star review was an option.

Entirety unsatisfactory experience. I've been a member for 9 years since they were PSCU. Tried to do a simple check deposit and checking account withdrawal. Was treated immediately like a criminal. I don't have all the "app" information, and so when they asked for information within there, information of which I didn't have despite being the verified account holder through various other means, they refused to give me access to my own funds. The fact that I would have had to call a lawyer to make them give me access to my own money was very infuriating. I traveled over to another nearby branch that was very kind and accommodating. This branch needs some serious work between the teller and manager. She was completely clueless and unhelpful. Claiming I lived in some other city within the state and that that alone is reason to think I'm a fraudulent character walking into a branch of my own financial institution. Completely absurd.

Laura from insurance needs a raise she’s out here doin the lords work. The rest of y’all workers need retraining or a class on how to maintain composure. People I had talked to before her got disrespectful quick, just for asking them questions that made sense in my head, as if they were annoyed to have to help. Idk if I sounded stupid to them or what, but there was no patience. Laura was the only one that really heard me out till the end of my story and made an effort to understand, she was the one who eventually figured out the order in which things had to go and took the time to really understand and lead me in the right direction. You can tell she’s really a people person. If you’re ever having a tough situation with insurance definitely request her, she’s an incredible worker!
