I feel really sad that I didn't get her name but she was so sweet I'm not really good with names so if I did end up getting her name I probably would forget but she's a beautiful Burnett with Brown eyes curly Brown hair sheric she was very kind to me she knew what I was going through and she helped me to the fullest I'm very grateful that I met her.

Lonnie was very knowledgeable and responsive, even when I constantly peppered him with questions :). He was very willing to explain things in detail and provide me with options. He was very solution-oriented along the way and really pushed to get my loan processed quickly - which was a feat given the current refinancing volumes due to COVID-19. He's a strong advocate and truly an expert in his field. I very highly recommend working with Lonnie.

Went in to pay off my canvas auto loan via the shared branch and Patrick applied the wrong amount instead of what was written on the check causing problems with my loan and shorting me money. Three trips later and I’m still waiting to resolve the issue because if it’s not resolved by today I’m charged additional interest as a result of his mistake. Do not let Patrick handle your money.

Worst bank I ever had..Had a lot of issues with them. Only had my car loan there..before I switched it over to another bank..wish I'd done it sooner. I do not recommend them at all. Go somewhere else.

I got a new account with westerra; I have been unable to log into the online banking app for a long time. Because of my working hours, I took time out of my lunch break to call and get it fixed. They left me on hold and forgot about me.
Addendum: I have never had such an inconvenient and long experience trying to deposit $254 of cash.
