I usually have a pretty good experience with Ent. But, this branch was dissapionting....we needed to speak to loan associate. Waited 30 mins just find out they had gone out for lunch...we decided to leave and come back a short time later. Came back and waited for 40 mins and no one had called us in. We just left. Ent please give better services to your members. We don't have all day waiting on your staff.
