Andy was assisting me at first. He was nice and patient. However, I had to call back and I got Cindy. She was rude and made it sound like she didn’t want to assist me. She asked me personal questions which I thought was ridiculous and had a smart remark for EVERY question I asked her. I would not recommend this place.

Don't get loan here unless you can guarantee you won't go through any tragedy or loss in life. If you do all they care about is the money they could care less about the person. Do not get a loan here unless you know for a fact nothing in your life will change. I've had friends and family murdered and all they worry about is if I have money to pay on time no morals or sense of humanity in this business.

They made promises as to when the loan would be processed and funded and were not able to keep those promises. The process took about 3 weeks to close the loan. They sat on my application, and then requested more paperwork, which I quickly provided (same day I believe), and then took longer than promised to process that paperwork. They promised they could close the loan on a particular day, and then once I arrived let me know that it would be later than night, or I could wait around for a few hours. I told them I'd come back the next day and they said it would be ready the next day. I called back the next day and they stated it wouldn't be ready until the following day. They seem to like to make lots of promises and don't even remember what they tell people just so that people don't go to a competitor. They will tell you what you want to hear, rather than the truth. Only go here if you are in a bind. If you have other options, seek those out first. They didn't even tell me the structure of the loan they wanted to give me until after the approval, and it wasn't a structure I was willing to sign off on, so I went with a different option than the original loan they offered. They are nice, but not truthful.

Genuinely some of the most comprehensive help I've received from any location. Worked hard to help me make a sake of a vehicle I had financed, above and beyond what I could have expected. Andy, Clarissa, and Cindy each took time our of their schedules to personally assist myself in a major issue I was facing. Furthermore they were professional, and very assisting during a refinance process, I had my check cut same day. Don't go to any other Lendmark!

This is a great company to do business with, they honestly have the clients best interests at heart. They will work with you to arrive at the best decision for YOU. I love doing business with this company.
