I have been ignored by the dealership that sold me my car, and left to fix a big issue on my own. Thankfully, sandy Villanueva from M&M funding fixed my issue for me, which wasn’t her job at all, it was totally on the dealership, that didn’t care. THANK YOU SANDY. You have been incredible!!!

WARNING! I do not have an account with these people, YET, they took 75 yes 75 points from my credit score, which ruined my credit. I filed a complaint with the BBB and M&M funding ignored the complaint, I filed disputes with the credit reporting agencies and also got nowhere with these people. DO NOT have anything to do with these people OR any business associated with these people. Since they were willing to do this to me, imagine what they are willing to do to you! They are crooked, dirty and have no business being in business!

They will harass you the day your payment is due even if you have never been late. I asked for them to update the credit companies that my vehicle has been paid off after months of it not showing up. 2 weeks later it's still not done. Very disappointed. Update- credit issue had been resolved.

noooooo. I’ve had a car loan with this company for almost 3 years and on my credit they haven’t deposited any payments made in over a year They also said I’ve only made 7 payments total which is impossible bc I wouldn’t have my car Ruined my credit !!!!!!

Place is absolute garbage. Do not do business and stay away. Tammy and Robyn are bit&&es. They intimate you about your account being late even though they call you the same day your payment is due.

This a terrible finance company they over charge for cars. I crashed my car and the insurance totaled it because it was only $2,500 car value and they were charging me almost $14,000 by the time it was over. They are liars. They said in order for the insurance to release the funds to them they needed the 500 deductible but someone in the company slipped and said they already got the funds. I asked for the title they said I could get the title for an extra 100 dollars so I said never mind but then they said you have to pay it anyway since you have the car lol!!! Extortion at its finest they are unwilling to work with you they will harass you if you’re a day late on a payment calling over and over but yet unwilling to work with you! Bethany is the manager and is horrible I understand it’s their job to collect but when your going to finance a car to someone and asking 6 times the amount the cars worth you might want to work with your customer!!! Highly do not recommend! Time to lawyer up😁

I have had a loan with this company for over a year, they are amazing! I really appreciate the way they communicate with me and took a chance on me for my loan! Courtney and Bethany are amazing. They should get raises and they're always willing to work with you as long as you communicate with them!

This company will have you looking up harassment laws. Literally will receive 2 emails the day before the car note is due . Then the morning of another 2 emails not even noon yet. AND 2 phone calls BEFORE 12 and text messages. While I’m on the phone talking to one person paying it, I’m getting ANOTHER call from the company. Mind you, it’s not late. Desperate times call for desperate measures but if you have literally any other bank willing to finance you, go with that.
