This place never disappoints. Their customer service is superb compared to other money loan places. Ace Cash Express, the lady their is very rough around the edges, not friendly at all. I also tried Check Lenders, they didn't accept my online application. Moneytree makes it really easy. They even offer to help you print your paystubs. I bank with Chase which makes it even easier. I was in and out with cash within 10 min. Fast friendly service. I highly recommend this place!

This isnt the first time Ive been here but I must say everyone here is super nice and helpful. My first time here was for a loan as I found myself in a hard spot and everything went smooth and easy. This time I got my refund as a check and no one else could help me but Thaman. She was excellent!!! We came across a couple of snags here and there but she got us through it. 100% gonna return, if I ever need to, without hesitation.

Whenever I’m in a bind moneytree is my go to. The rates aren’t that bad and they’re a rare company that seems to do the little things right and seem to actually care about you. They don’t smoke me with late fees if I’m a week late either and work with you. Also being self employed can make showing proof of income a hassle and moneytree offers various ways to show proof.

This company called me and my fiancé directly in order to confirm a check amount that was issued by an individual who stole our checks. They called to confirm that we wrote a check and to call to make sure we authorize it. We did not write that check to that person and they immediately helped contact authorities, got the individuals name and other helpful information in order to catch this person. We were helped by two wonderful employees and we can’t thank them enough for showing diligence and respect to not only those who come in physically but to those they need to contact to make sure that all transactions are done legally and responsibly. Thank you again!

Outstanding customer service. I have used a lot of loan companies similar to Money Tree and I have to sat their customer service is the best. They always treat me with kindness and respect. I don't get that with other companies so I will go out of my way to get a loan with these guys. Also very clean and neat facility.

This is the worst check cashing place. Im honestly shocked Liz is an ABM with the attitude she gives. She wasted my time, and clearly does not care about her RETURNING customers, who will never be returning here again because of her. Don’t put employees in customer service when they have no customer service skills
