I personally had no issues with this branch. I was originally setup with the branch on Uintah but didn't hear back from them so decided to contact this branch. I spoke with the branch manager Cathy and she was able to assist me with my loan. I personally would recommend this branch for sure!

Easy process for emergency funds. Was able to get financed for lower monthly payments.

Do not use this particular branch, as the assistant manager has no clue on what she is doing. Or she simply doesn't take her customers seriously. I'm supposed to receive a check from them for over 2k. It still hasn't gotten to me and it's week 4 almost. I called the branch and asked for information on my check, And the assistant manager stated she can't give me the information I asked for because everything goes through headquarters. She then proceeded to tell me there is no phone number to call headquarters and she could only email them herself to find out these answers for me. I then looked up headquarters online and called them myself because there is a phone number online . Headquarters then stated or does then stated that the branch should have given me all that information in the 1st place.. So no one there knows what they're doing do nothey're doing do not use this branch! Also that particular assistant manager told Different information and 2 separate calls in the 1st one it was stated it takes 7 to 14 business days and then at the next call she stated it takes 7 to 20 business days while which one is it? I don't think she should be assistant manager or get her facts straight!

Quick & to the point. They made everything so easy. Within 24hrs the $$$ was deposited.

If you are second guessing the bad reviews, DON'T! They are extremely accurate. This company is Very predatory, and the customer service is the worse I have ever seen. Don't expect them to ever actually call you, because they won't. If you care about your credit and finances, this is not the place you should do business with.

Be very cautious getting a loan from them. I've paid them over $2,000, but they won't give me a new loan because I said I would be using it to get my real estate license.

Loan officer was kind and polite. Well knowledgeable on products. Stay in communication with me throughout the process.
