Ent Credit Union, Commerce City, CO

No drive thru, no shared branching service at the counter, basically no convenience for much. I’m waiting for a new debit card so came in to withdraw money and was told I can only use their self service ATM cause they don’t do shared branching at the counter…..uhhh, if I had my debit card, I could use many ATM’s. I’ve used multiple shared branching credit unions and have never once had an issue because most are ahead and way more logically ran. Hands down the most pointless Credit Union I’ve ever endured which is extremely unfortunate considering we are still an up and coming development so will still have to go out of the way to another area to be serviced. I hope we eventually can get a Credit Union to open up who can DO BETTER.

This location is hands down my favorite. Friendly bankers, clean location & safe. Ent is the best credit union in Colorado. As you grow financially, Ent is always there to do more for you. You’d be hard pressed to find a better Credit Union. If you’re shopping around, don’t look further.

terrible for business accounts. I opened a Business checking account and savings- this location 1) the lady was not friendly to take our information and was more or less trying to get us to come back another time- 2) they forgot to get a documentation signed. I signed it. and they have lost it. 3) Now they have locked our account- i called in to try and fix this- was on hold for 40 minutes- the rep didn't know what to do- so said "they would feel more comfortable if someone else handled this" (I could hear kids in the background, and this makes me feel as though they didn't want do deal with us) I was then on hold for another 45 minutes and got a voicemail. Now I still cannot access my account. they pride themselves on giving better customer experience than the large banks- I have yet to see this.

Lorie walk is amazing she gets things done!!! Refinanced my car and got me a Motorcycle loan all in the span of a week and a half!!

Went by there today to get a few things taken care of. Jazmin was very helpful & accommodating.

I wouldn’t use this company for business accounts, they’ll just let any charge go through no matter if you have money in there or not. Let a $1300 charge go through on my business account and it wasn’t authorized by me at all. I closed the account and went elsewhere, did the same thing to a buddy that has his account there as well. I highly recommend not using this place as any business account.
