Terrible banking here! All they do is shut down your card every other day cause of online purchases. Then they say they turn it back on and they didnt. If you like your money being locked down 24/7 this bank is for you

When I was at my lowest, I’ll never forget the way this bank treated me and my children. My ex husband had become abusive, I left and was living in a shelter, with children, this caused me to lose my job and I was just mentally broken. It was around Christmas and they had a big tree up that my son was interested in. I kept having to let go of his hand to get things from my purse for the bank and every time I did he would run towards the tree and I would have to retrieve him. The second time I hear the tellers giggling and loudly and rudely talking about how my son was birth control for them. I then had to continue my transaction with these people because I needed the money from my account. I fought back tears as I finished that transaction. This has stayed in my mind that you guys were so cruel to me at my lowest moment, btw my son you called birth control is autistic. You should really be kind because you never know what someone is going through.

I have been banking with them for three years they r just awful they cut my bank card off cause of some online purchase and they were going to get me a new card two weeks later still no card I call them they didn’t order me a new card!! What the hell is wrong with them I can’t get to my money don’t have checks !!!😡😡😡😡 …
