You screwed my dad over multiple times. He is patient. I am not. If you have a family member using this joke of a credit union I ask that you look elsewhere these people are terrible. You cost my dad more than you know just because you don’t know how to do your job. I’m extremely upset. You should shut down and regroup

I have banked here for over 20 years and i love the people hands down but the new app is redicilous it takes way to much time to just look at my account ...plus i have to help my kids with their accounts and its to frustrating....i will consider another bank with an easy app that dorsnt take most of my time and patients!!!

Always friendly and helpful! The tellers always talk to you and ask you how you are doing.

This bank has great staff who are extremely knowledgeable!

I'll be honest I have been with this credit union for a very very long time my grandmother and parents used this bank for a very long time as well. I use to have no issues with it until here recently. I had a few concerns about my account, and The ladies there besides a select few are very rude. I have tried calling 4 times today with no answer, I understand people are busy but seriously? I also filled out paperwork for an issue and it still happens. Hints to why i called 4 times today very frustrating how this establishment has turned out.
