You are not cute and either is your character. Completely disrespectful and rude. Learn some manors and customer service skills. Making fun of a customer who has a medical speech impairment is clearly unacceptable and ugly to be honest.

When are you gonna start being open on Saturdays again? We need you open on Saturday, because you dont open till 9:30 and close at 4pm the 5 days you are open.
