Refinance my car was such awesome experience, I worked with Rep Sarah N. She was with me every step of the way. She kept me informed of progress if more documents was needed. She had such great attitude and excellent customer service. I am so glad I responded to flyer in mail from save auto pay. I will recommend them to anyone I know who looking to refinance.

I dealt with Chelsea. From start to finish, my experience was effortless and probably the easiest thing I've ever done. She was very responsive and always available. All my questions were answered and it took just over a week to have everything resolved with our refinance. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and wanted to get free of the 20% interest rate I was paying. Kelly was awesome. Very patient and gave clear instructions on how to proceed. My involvement was pretty much limited to uploading a few documents, and providing initial information. Beyond that, Kelly did the work for me and I ended up with a much lower interest rate than I was paying previously. I would absolutely use this company again.

The customer service representative that helped me, Xavier Hernandez, was such a sweet person. I'm not technically Savvy and he was very patient and kind while I was trying to figure out how to print out paperwork that he sent to me by emails. I kept doing things wrong but he was so patient with me and just very kind and never got mad at me or anything so he was just great. He needs a big raise

Rate Genius did awesome work finding me an automobile loan with an interest rate 2% lower than my current loan! My Rate Genius representative was the same person throughout the process and was great. She kept things moving along right to completion.
