Fantastic Customer Service!!! Rebecca was super friendly very helpful,I'd definitely recommend this place because of her.

Came to cash a paycheck and the lady behind the counter obviously didn't want to do her job. She told us first what our total bill would be to cash it, you know... 2% of the paycheck and when we said that wasn't a problem, she said she'd have to call someone. We're like, "ok, bro..." then she's asked us if we have tried the bank that our company banks with first. Obviously, her personal phone call was REALLY important and she didn't want to do what she's paid for. When we told her we wanted the check back she didn't give it back. "What? No, I want to do this." She said pulling the check as far away from the small opening in the glass. We then had to demand that she gave us the check. Went to Walmart to stand in line for 40 minutes instead.

I normally love doing business here, the staff is always nice and attentive but apparently they have undergone a staff change and it has been for the worst. Shante needs a few lessons in customer service. She was rude and had an attitude when we told her what we were there for. As other customers came in she didn't even bother to acknowledge their existence. This is something I have never seen before. While going through the paperwork with my father who had never had a loan here she handed him a paper and rudely stated that "when you default in your loan we will send this to your job". Excuse me, when? I am really hoping this was a slip of the tongue because that kind of behavior is not acceptable. This visit put a bad taste in my mouth.

They have changed their policies and and no longer make there reminder call instead just make you pay 2 payments when you go I have talked to CO Comptroller and our investing there policies and 2 accounts to justify their actions as why this was acceptable and not explained!

The guy constantly closes this place at least 10 minutes early. When I try to pull the door he just laughs like it's some kind of a joke. I've been going here to cash my check for a while and he should be fired for this. He makes the whole business look unprofessional.
