Through my own experience with this company, my intention is to inform those whom are seeking a business loan through the untraditional process to seek elsewhere. This is not untraditional lending; meaning the same criteria for a traditional bank loan apply here at CEF! I would've preferred for them to be honest in the beginning and telling it was not possible rather than string me along and lie giving me false hope! While I am disheartened and they have wasted nearly 2 months of my time; I must move on in Faith and Trust in God! This company is not in alignment with whom they say they are and what they do which is very problematic!!

I worked with CEF on the PPP process which was pretty easy, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars, and is why I started with CEF while looking into getting a small loan for my business. I spent 30 minutes filling out the required paperwork to schedule an intro call. The first call that was scheduled was canceled about an hour before. Not the end of the world, things happen. I had to follow up after not hearing back about rescheduling. The rescheduled call was then no-showed. I eventually got a call over 20 minutes late, but by that time I already decided to move on and not waste anymore of my time. They either don’t respect your time or are just too overwhelmed to provide a decent service.
