Wow. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Denver Lending. My husband and I recently found a condo we wanted to purchase, and made the great decision to use Denver Lending to secure financing. We had a unique situation where we had initiated a refinance on our home in Denver about 6 months prior through a different lender, and it had yet to be completed for no known reason. This was preventing us from taking out another loan, so we chose to transfer that business to Denver Lending as well. They completed the refinance in less than a week(!!!), and beat every competitor’s rate for the new condo to boot. Their team was available every step of the way, always quick to answer any questions. Brenda was a true MVP, making sure everything we did was on time and on task.
