Dreams do come true! I am 6 weeks into my condo and I could not be happier. Being a business owner of a small cleaning company and taking as many write offs as possible put me in a compromised position. I had reached out to a couple different lenders that hit me with a flat out "No". I was feeling pretty defeated when a trusted friend recomended I contact Tony. All I can say is......WHAT A BLESSING! Working with someone who is technically challenged as I can be time consuming. He was very patient with me from the first conversation to closing. He held my hand through the entire process. We talked, laughed and a couple times I cried then we laughed more. He was there for me at 7am and 7pm. I know I drove him nuts but he and his team made my long time dream of owning my own place come true.
