If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. They'll give you a loan but when you want to take the loan to a different bank the loan officer at this branch with refuse to reply to requests for payoff amount to the point of having to go to the lamar branch to get the requested information. Paid the loan off, 3 months later it shows back up saying that we still owe the entire loan and the loan officer at eads says he legally doesn't have to remove the loan even though it's paid off. Loan officer is completely unhelpful. Now we're going to have to lodge a formal complaint with the credit bureaus. Overdraft fees are rediculous and the bank blatantly refuses to do what they're supposed to do. Would not recommend, save yourself the trouble and go with a different financial institution.
